SINGAPORE SIGNS UP TO WIPO TREATIES

Singapore is acceding to the WIPO Copyright Treaty and the WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty, both of which come into force in the republic on 17 April 2005. The IPKat understands that the cats of Singapore welcome this move.
