It's available in 14 European Union official languages, but alas not in English: it's Case T-303/03 Lidl Stiftung v OHIM, Rewe-Zentral.

Guessing at the meaning of the non-English texts, the IPKat thinks that Rewe applied to register as a Community trade mark the word SALVITA for goods in Classes 5, 29, 30 and 32; Lidl opposed, citing its earlier registration of the word mark SOLEVITA for Class 32 goods. The opposition failed, as did Lidl's appeal to the Court of First Instance. The IPKat would be grateful for any more information, from any of his readers.
