NEW IP JUDGE'S FIRST CASE


The IPKat has learnt that the new Patents Court Judge, Mr Justice Kitchin, is expected to hear his first case on Wednesday 5 October (this Wednesday) in Court 58 at the Royal Courts of Justice.

The IPKat notes that it's a public hearing and all are welcome to go along.
