The registry (and the vast experience of its hearing officers to which the IPKAT often refers) are equally competent to decide these matters. So what if 'oppositions' aren't in theory final.<BR/><BR/>If the effect of the CoA judgment is that some registry decisions are res judicata but others aren't then how does that serve the cause of certainty.
