Joe Bloggs has registered the trademark "Yellow Pages" in Ruritania, and because of the funny local rules Yell can't do anything about this. Joe now goes to a Ruritanian court and points out that Ruritanian internet users are accessing Yell's UK servers which use the Yellow Pages trademark. He therefore asks the court to force Yell to disconnect their servers from the internet. The arguments<br /><br />"Our computers don't fall under your jurisdiction" and<br /><br />"What we're doing is perfectly legal in the country where we're doing it"<br /><br />don't seem quite so flimsy now, do they?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
