1) the ob...Two immediate thoughts to <i>this</i> article:<br /><br />1) the obsession with "Trolls" continues.<br /><br />2) I doubt that the author understand the Office funding paradigm - set by budget with MASSIVE innovation tax being skimmed to support non-innovation items in the general coffers.
