My reading of it would be that a partner who is unaware that the partnership committed the offence is not guilty. i.e. The partnership performs an (illegal)act, unknown to one of the partners: not guilty; the partnership performs an act, the partner knows about the act, but does not know that the act is illegal: guilty.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
