What a surprise! <br /><br />The real question is how do they know whether trade mark hearings are worthwhile or not? Their background is at the first instance at the EUIPO where, presumably, they also never took part in trade mark hearings so they have no experience of them. Aren't they at least a little concerned that every other judge that takes part in trade mark hearings says that they are worthwhile exercises?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
