Does the heading of the statement ...Merely puzzled.<br />Does the heading of the statement by Apple need to be "Public Notice" or "Court Determination" rather than "Advertisement"?<br />Does it have any material impact on compliance with the Judges' order?<br />We do regard advertisements very differently to public notices or court notices. That is something that even Apple might understand, since its native language is American rather than English.<br /><br />“14 days” required “for technical reasons” to modify the wording on a website?
