Whilst I can fully see why brand owners would not want a new gTLD name in the wrong hands or competitor hands, if that is discovered, a normal domain name complaint would have a good chance of succeeding. Why break the bank by registering in every level under the sun? I would say just monitor your brand within domain names through a suitable watch and then take action if and when needed.
