They seem to be completely bogus to me.<BR/><BR/>Just compare the list of questions (and the individual answers) on <A HREF="http://www.eipaweb.org/" REL="nofollow">their front page</A> to the <A HREF="http://www.intellectual-property.gov.uk/faq" REL="nofollow">the UK government's IP FAQ</A>.
