Global IP Exchange Europe returns to Berlin in March

The IPKat has learned and wishes to inform interested readers about the upcoming IQPC Global IP Exchange Europe, taking place in Berlin on 11 and 12 March 2025. The Exchange is especially, though not exclusively, for those working in-house.

An invitation-only event, the Global IP Exchange Europe Exchange will provide access to 70 top leaders within patent, trade mark and brand protection. It is designed to help push beyond the boundaries of established processes, through individual presentations, panel discussions, and one-to-one talks.

This year’s agenda includes discussions of litigation strategies, Artificial Intelligence, counterfeiting and enforcement, regulatory compliance, and prosecution strategies.

To receive an invite, attendees must have an active project within their function, and must answer ‘yes’ to two of the following criteria:
  • I control where the IP, Patent, Trademark, Brand Protection or Anti-Counterfeiting budget is spent
  • I am the Head of IP, or Head of Patent, Trademark, Brand Protection or Anti-Counterfeiting
  • I have a personal annual budget of £500,000 or above
  • I have an active requirement for intellectual property solutions within the next 6 - 12 months

All comments must be moderated by a member of the IPKat team before they appear on the blog. Comments will not be allowed if the contravene the IPKat policy that readers' comments should not be obscene or defamatory; they should not consist of ad hominem attacks on members of the blog team or other comment-posters and they should make a constructive contribution to the discussion of the post on which they purport to comment.

It is also the IPKat policy that comments should not be made completely anonymously, and users should use a consistent name or pseudonym (which should not itself be defamatory or obscene, or that of another real person), either in the "identity" field, or at the beginning of the comment. Current practice is to, however, allow a limited number of comments that contravene this policy, provided that the comment has a high degree of relevance and the comment chain does not become too difficult to follow.
