EP(ME) Patents, at last

The IPKat was a little premature in announcing last month that Montenegro had become available as an extension state for European patents. As the EPO has only recently announced, this will in fact not happen until 1 March 2010. It will be then be possible for European (and PCT) applications to designate Montenegro.
