The May issue of the Sweet & Maxwell publication European Copyright and Design Reports has now been published. This issue of the ECDR carries, among other things, English translations of the following cases:

* Projekt-Murator; Murator-Projekt: Supreme Court, Poland - legality of the Polish law that regulates the choice of titles for periodicals;
* CCP v Ginger: Cour de Cassation, France - setting aside of contract for the sale of counterfeit goods;
* France 2 v EMI Records: Cour de Cassation - infringement of copyright in sound recording through incorporation of sound track into film credits.
