On 5 January the IPKat reported that the European Court of Justice would shortly be giving judgment in the pharma repackaging cases. This must have been an acute case of wishful thinking, because he can't for the life of him (or for one of his nine lives, at any rate) think what induced him to say such a thing. The truth is that these cases haven't even got as far as the Advocate General's Opinion yet. The IPKat apologises to his readers for unduly exciting them ...

All comments must be moderated by a member of the IPKat team before they appear on the blog.
