University of Bayreuth
Innovate Food Law Writing Competition

The Faculty of Life Sciences: Food, Nutrition and Health, University of Bayreuth is organising a writing competition that challenges writers to reflect on problems in food law and policy.  The three topics that writers can choose from are: (i) Food Law enforcement: from the past to the future; (ii) Food technology and the right to pleasure; and (iii) Food law and policy and the future.   

Deadline for submissions is 15 March 2022.  The overall winner will receive a grand prize of EUR 500. The contest is open to all current university students and recent graduates.

Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice 
Special Issue on the National Transpositions of the DSM Directive: Call for Articles!
 
The JIPLP has just launched a call for articles for its forthcoming special issue on the national transpositions of the DSM Directive 2019/790.  Writers are invited to submit articles on a topic of their choice within this theme for consideration for publication.  The deadline for submissions is 18 March 2022.
