Dr. Bowman Heiden and Matthew Rappaport will host this webinar on February 16 on patent holdup theory, which posits how weak patents asserted under the threat of injunctive relief can extract greater value than their true worth. Internship with WIPO’s Traditional Knowledge Division

The WIPO’s Traditional Knowledge Division is looking for an intern with a background in intellectual property (IP) law, an advanced university degree, and an interest in the relationship between IP and traditional knowledge, genetic resources and/or traditional cultural expressions and intergovernmental processes to work in Geneva from April 1 2023, for an initial period of six months, possibly renewable for another six months.
