DO YOU WANNA KNOW A SECRET?


Well, the IPKat can’t tell it to you. He received an embargoed notice sent by WIPO in error this afternoon. The notice reads:
"Press Release 402: Double Digit Growth Marks Record Year for International Trademark System" which was sent earlier today is under embargo until February 15, 2005 at 14h30 (Geneva time)".
The IPKat’s lips (and whiskers) are sealed until it becomes public knowledge on Tuesday.

    Some English native speakers did not understand English correctly I assume. The examle can be Mr B. Heinze who cited this news You mentioned in this post on his blog.
