Here's news of a trade mark conference organised for 6 April 2005 by CLT Conferences. It's called "Trade Marks: Up-to-the-Minute Legal and Practical Issues". Speakers include Katharine Stephens (Bird & Bird, who is also the chairman), her colleage Jane Mutimear, Jan Vleck (Reddie & Grose) and Gill Grassie from leading Scottish practice Maclay Murray & Spens.
