BREAKING NEWS: pharma responses now online

Stop press! The European Commission's DG Competition has posted on its website the consultation submissions relating to its pharma sector inquiry (see here, here and here). You can read them here.

It would appear at a first glance that, of the 68 responses, those which are pro-DG are more likely to be in the first tranches. There are also some strange groupings. For example, the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys is under “other”, rather than under “patent attorney organisations”; the Intellectual Property Institute is under "individuals and academics". Hmm ...
