The Court of Appeal for England and Wales has just allowed the appeal of Gary Brooker and Onward Music Ltd against alleged "Whiter Shade of Pale" co-author Matthew Fisher. See previous IPKat post here for details of the first instance decision. More to follow ...

All comments must be moderated by a member of the IPKat team before they appear on the blog.
