European Pharma Law Academy returning (online) with special IPKat readers’ discount

Kat Academy
The IPKat has just learned that the popular European Pharma Law Academy organized by Informa is also returning this year, though in a different format than the usual in-person one.

For the first time, the European Pharma Academy will be a fully digital event, including live-streamed presentations, Q&As, interactive case studies, 1:1 networking, special evening activities and post-event downloadable resources.

The Academy will be delivered live (UK time) over different days: 15, 16, 17, 23 and 24 September 2020. The sessions will be available on demand afterwards.

The speakers include lawyers from private practice and in-house, as well as representatives of EU institutions.

The IPKat has negotiated a special discount for its readers, who are entitled to a 15% reduction in the registration fee.

All comments must be moderated by a member of the IPKat team before they appear on the blog. Comments will not be allowed if the contravene the IPKat policy that readers' comments should not be obscene or defamatory; they should not consist of ad hominem attacks on members of the blog team or other comment-posters and they should make a constructive contribution to the discussion of the post on which they purport to comment.

It is also the IPKat policy that comments should not be made completely anonymously, and users should use a consistent name or pseudonym (which should not itself be defamatory or obscene, or that of another real person), either in the "identity" field, or at the beginning of the comment. Current practice is to, however, allow a limited number of comments that contravene this policy, provided that the comment has a high degree of relevance and the comment chain does not become too difficult to follow.
